illuzion acquires brawlhalla sensation, stingray!

IlluZion steps back into the exciting world of Brawlhalla by signing the 16 year old prodigy himself, Stingray.

2020 was a rough year for gaming as well as the world due to the Covid-19 pandemic. However, Stingray, who has been competing since 2017, was able to make the most out of the online era by earning his first top eight at a major level tournament at the Brawlhalla Winter Championship 2020. He notably defeated Tempo Storm's Boomie in top 32 to make winners side top eight. He would fall to Pugsy in the winners semis but made an impressive losers run to grand finals soon after. Along the way, Stingray beat his second Tempo Storm player of the tournament in Sandstorm before losing to Pugsy in the rematch placing second. This monumental performance would elevate him to the ninth best player in the world on the Brawlhalla rankings.

While Stingray is his current tag, Stingray has had several ones throughout his career such as Song, Typhoon, and witty.

Currently Stingray is ranked fourth in the world, but he is absolutely driven to prove that he has the potential surpass that. His goal at the moment is to be nothing less than the best player in the world. He also has his sights set on winning his first in-person major, and with LAN tournaments rapidly on the rise, it is only a matter of time before majors comeback, and then Stingray will have his chance to make his goal a reality.
